Color Dare #190

Welcome to the Color My Heart color dare! We’re so glad to have you! Here’s what you do: Create a project using the featured colors. Please make sure you use only and all of the colors in our challenge. If you don’t have the exact colors, just use the closest you have. Shades of white and/or black for sentiments and outlines will be allowed (unless otherwise specified).

This week at Color My Heart Challenge Blog our Color Dare #190 – Ruby, Gypsy, Honey, Pear & Colonial White

Color Dare<span class= #190" width="300" height="266" srcset=" 300w, 768w, 1024w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" />

Here’s my take on this challenge!

I used the Second generation stamping to “lighten” up the bold colors over the clear embossed sentiment. I used clear embossing powder.

  1. The bold colors took on delicate shades of pastel! That’s genius, Jen!

  2. Dana Simone-Kurtz

Great idea going with second generation! That thought never entered my mind. : )

  3. Cute card. Love your clear embossing and stamping over the sentiment technique.

  4. Love the embossing of the sentiment across the rainbow of colors on your background. CAS and great layering. Beautiful card.

  5. What a fun card! Love how you made the sentiment stand out.
