I slept through the 1st which was at 4:37 am CST, but felt the 2nd (aftershock 10:15 am CST)
We’re about 2 hours from the original location.

Lot of people kind of thought it was weird that I slept through it because I’m deaf. Usually when someone hit or shake the bed and I wake up right away; but I didn’t even feel the tremors and slept through it. I was sitting in the insurance office and was talking to the Insurance rep. It started doing little tremors and we both looked at each other funny and we were like Did you feel that? and we noticed her computer monitor was swaying a little bit then my middle son said what was that shaking?? so it was really eerie feeling for me.

I had just spoke to my mom earlier this morning to let her know after I heard about the first one since our phone and cable was out for a while.  I recall saying that maybe this is the beginning of everything. I’ll be honest… that scares me a little bit..
