I have gotten some messages asking about their orders, so I am making a post to clear up some things regarding the shipping information.
The turn around time for them to process orders from the time you order online to the time they ship it out is anywhere from 2-4 BUSINESS days. It can be more than that at the end of quarter, during holiday and beginning of new catalog quarter.
Again, holidays, end of quarters and beginning of new catalog quarter ALWAYS have effects on those shipping so there will be times where CTMH shipping dept will get backlogged.
Here’s the info that is POSTED on the ctmh sites when you are getting ready to check out. It is in the breakdown of the shipping information.
*Orders weighing less than two pounds may be shipped via USPS.
*All orders are shipped from Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062 USA
*Standard in-house turn-around time for most orders is two to four working days from the time the order arrives at Close To My Heart. (*Note: it does get backlogged when there’s holidays dates, end of quarter and beginning of new catalog quarter*)
*Special shipping options do not affect in-house turn-around time.

*Please note that shipping is always based on the full retail value of the item even when the item is purchased at a discount.
**If total order weight is less than two pounds, order will ship via USPS.
FedEx or Landmark will notify you by email when an order is shipped so you may track the delivery of your order.
Orders shipped through USPS do not have tracking numbers.
In the continental United States, customers have 4 shipping methods available through Federal Express (FedEx). These options are not available for destinations outside the continental United States. Upgrading your shipping method will not affect the in-house turnaround time of your order (typically 2 to 4 business days).
Please keep in mind that upgraded shipping methods are guaranteed by the carrier, and Close To My Heart is not responsible for shipping delays after the order has left the warehouse. The shipping options are:
- FedEx Standard Overnight: After leaving Close To My Heart’s corporate office, this option guarantees next-business-day delivery Monday through Friday by 3:00 pm to most US addresses; by 4:30 pm to rural areas.
- FedEx 2nd Day Air: This option guarantees orders will arrive to most areas 2 business days after leaving the corporate office, Monday through Friday by 7:00 pm.
- FedEx Ground: After leaving the corporate office, orders using this option typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days, Tuesday through Saturday between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- FedEx SmartPost: After leaving the corporate office, orders using this option typically arrive within 2 to 8 business days. SmartPost orders are delivered via the FedEx network but will use the United States Postal Services (USPS) for final delivery.
REMEMBER: Also, you will have to add into the 2-4 turn around business days onto the shipping dates above! Again, take into consideration with the holidays, end of quarters and beginning of new catalog quarters also can affect the turn around business days time frame.
