Showcase Day – My Creations Mini Banners

HI today’s the Showcase Day!  I must first say I apologize for the late posting of this.   Today I’m showing you My Creations Mini Banners from Close to my Heart. This is also part of this month’s promotion! For every $25 you purchase – order requires ONE qualifying stamp set then you can get the mini banner for FREE! See this {post}.

This is what the package looks like and what it is after you take it apart. You should have 10 pennants and 9 “o” rings.

Next – I had patterned papers and cardstocks cut out with Art Philosophy Cartridge.  That made it SO MUCH easier!!  You will need to use real size for this.  I cut it out at 4″. IMG_1456

Next step is I used Mod Podge to glue down the papers onto the pennants and used the brayer to smooth out the bubbles.  Once it was all dried. I distressed the edge with Saddle Inkpad and Foam Sponge.

I decorated it with a lot of different things which are in the supplies list.

  1. Jenifer, Hello there! I have had one of these pennant kits just hanging around waiting to be put together. Well today was the day I took them out of the wrapper and wondered how I was going to cut the paper pieces. Thanks to you and Google I was able to cut them using my Cricut.
All pieces are now cut, so I’m gonna go wonder around your blog.
    Thanks again!
