Stamp Sets Organizing System

I SO love our new organizer system that CTMH rolled out last year.  I highly recommend them; especially the large organizer as they’re mad for our stamp set storage.   Not just because I’m CTMH Consultant.   They all are very EASY to transport!!!  I currently own a very large number of the large organizer for my stamp set system.  I have all of the current stamp sets in ABC’s order – in 4 totes and the rest of the retired under “Retired” but in ABC’s order.  It is very easy method!!

For all of the current stamp sets – I save image from the CTMH site into a folder onto my desktop. I name them by their stamp set name then their ID number.  I do that for the current and retired sets.  However, the retired sets are saved into the retired folder that way it’d be easier for me to just focus on the current stamp sets when I am looking for a stamp set for class or a workshop.    For all of the retired images that I don’t have saved from the internet; I scan them directly into the retired folder and using the same method as I did with the current stamp sets.

I tag each images with certain names by looking at the stamp set to see what it offers.  If it’s a flower set; but has friendship theme and possibility background set; then I add that into the tag section.   Here’s an example of how I do mine.  Yes, I do search via the computer.  I also am working on a excel system for each organizer such as box 1 contains what stamp set names to make it easier to find them even though they are in ABC’s order.
