Workshop Project – Altered: Frame

During an all day crop at the Deaf Community Center (DCC); I taught a workshop for a hostess. Her request was to make a picture frame; but allow everyone to choose their paper. I had quite alot of 7.5 x 7.5 wood frames from a previous mistake I had made.  I purchased all of the bulks of the NEW paper packets only from our current Spring/Summer 2013 catalog. Everyone LOVED that! I demo’ed the Later Sk8r paper, since I have 3 boys of my own and I made 3 of this for them. It was perfect fitting for them.

We used mod podge to glue and seal down the paper. The customers got to choose to distress their edges with white paint, but some chose to leave it blank.  Everyone enjoyed this workshop since it was something different!
